Make sure that you're using Mac OS X 10.4 or better and RapidWeaver 3.6 or better. In order for RapidWeaver to find plugins, they must be installed into a specific folder inside your Library folder. However RapidWeaver will place them there automatically if you double-click on the plugin file. It's a good idea to open RapidWeaver first so that the auto-open feature of RapidWeaver doesn't get interrupted by the installation process.

  1. Open RapidWeaver.
  2. Double-click on the Kwix.rwplugin icon in the Finder.
  3. Quit RapidWeaver.
  4. Open RapidWeaver.

Uninstalling a plugin is a more manual process, but still very simple: Find the plugin and put it into the trash.

  1. Open the RapidWeaver Folder.
In the Finder open the folder Home > Library > Application Support > RapidWeaver.
  2. Move the plugin to the trash.
Find the file called Kwix.rwplugin and drag it to the trash icon in your dock.
